How to Get the Latest Statistics of Broadcast

Learn how to check the latest statistics for a broadcast.

Once you trigger a broadcast, you can check the stats on a real-time basis.

To do this:

1. Go to Apps.

2. Select Broadcast.

3. Scroll down and click on the Broadcast for which you want to check the latest statistics.

The following statistics are available to you for every broadcast:

Financial Metrics

  • Estimated Revenue: The total amount of revenue you earned when customers make a purchase.
  • Estimated Max Cost: The total amount spent on reaching out to your audience.
  • Minimum ROI: The minimum return on investment earned by doing this broadcast.

Note: All of these statistics are updated in real time, and the refresh occurs automatically every time you open the broadcast page.

Messaging metric in broadcast

  • Delivered Rate: Messages sent by your business were delivered to the user's device. This corresponds to the double grey tick status in WhatsApp.  The number here merely indicates the total number of messages in this metric. This could change whenever you refresh your broadcast page.
  • Read Rate: Messages sent by your business were read by the user. Read notifications will be available only to users who have enabled read receipts. For users that do not have it enabled, you will only receive the delivered metric. This corresponds to the double blue tick status in WhatsApp. The number here only tells you the total number of messages currently in this status. This could change whenever you refresh your broadcast page.
  • Response Rate: The total number of contacts who have replied to your broadcast within 48 hours of the delivery of the message. The number here only tells you the total number of messages currently in this status. This could change whenever you refresh your broadcast page.
  • Click Through Rate: The total number of users who have clicked on the button link. The click-through rate is the ratio between the number of users who click on a link and the number of users viewing the landing page of the button. This could change whenever you refresh your broadcast page.
  • Conversion Rate: The total number of users who have purchased your product through the broadcast and how much money you have earned. This could change whenever you refresh your broadcast page.
